1110 was then reused in Sarnia ON for CKTY, which also moved to FM a few 
years ago. Before that, CKTY was one of the prime offenders when it came 
to day pattern at night. It was a regular, regular catch when I was 
living in Boston in the mid-90s, and it finally took WBT's intervention 
with the FCC and the State Department to get them to go to night pattern.

WBT had other problems in that era, too. Craig Healy can tell the story 
better than I can about the Providence station on 1110 that was 
operating at night when it didn't have proper authorization to be there.
