Neil-

No it isn't a typo. It was just an out right screw up. I have never heard
CBR and since it sounded like CBC over night music and was parallel to 990,
I jump to the conclusion that it was CBR.

Please for give me for being overly excited and making a bad mistake. I
normally try to be very careful in what I report and place in my log. I was
wrong!

In further listening I am ashamed to admit it I was wrong.
