[IRCA] Fun with MFJ-1026 phasers

A couple of sound-bytes on my website:

Reducing local and semi-locals CBC 690khz (Vancouver)
and CFAX-1070 (Victoria) to complete nulls and a S7 buzz respectively.

On CBC 690 you can hear Spanish (assume Mexico) underneath.
