Russ,
My two cents worth on this one, also proving that I have too much available time. You did not clearly state whether they played SSB (assumed sign-on) or whether they actually signed-on for the day. I'm not assuming, as I hear SSB all the time out here. I assume that all the ultra-righties stop what they're doing and sing for two minutes...who knows. Anyway, without making the assumption, I did queries from FCC, dumped it into Excel for massaging, then dumped that into MS Streets so I could get a visual display. The following 1140/104.7 pairs exist in close geographical proximity.
KLQQ 104.7 Clearmont WY
KZMQ 1140 Greybull WY
KJUL 104.7 Moapa Valley NV
KSFN 1140 North Las Vegas NV
KKLS 104.7 Sioux Falls SD
KSOO 1140 Sioux Falls SD
*** both owned by Cumulus Licensing ***
WIRQ 104.7 Rochester NY
WCJW 1140 Warsaw NY
WLMD 104.7 Bushnell IL
WVEL 1140 Pekin IL
WFRN 104.7 Elkhart IN
WAWK 1140 Kendallville IN
WSGL 104.7 Naples FL
WQBA 1140 Miami FL
WRBQ 104.7 Tampa FL
WRMQ 1140 Orlando FL
WJSH 104.7 Folsom LA
WAPF 1140 McComb MS
*** both owned by Southwest Broadcasting ***
WKQC 104.7 Charlotte NC
WRNA 1140 China Grove NC
WPZZ 104.7 Crewe VA
WRVA 1140 Richmond VA
WJMD 104.7 Hazard KY
WXLZ 1140 St. Paul VA
WRLV 1140 Salyersville KY
Maybe this helps you. I haven't checked formats for anyone, or daytime/unlimited schedules.

The only 0645 s/on for a daytimer on 1140 is WRMQ-FL, which is
formatted as Black Gospel.
So is this a fulltimer just signing on at 0645 or is this WRMQ or some
other daytimer coming on 15 minutes early ? Any ideas ?
