I made two of the copper tube loops to phase. I ended up with the same
results, even when the loops were 200 feet apart. I attributed it to leaky
coax spoiling the source signal. There may be something else at work,
though. The same phaser attached to a 900' and a 450' wire works fine. I'd
try a couple of wires. The MFJ isn't the best, but it should provide some
useful phasing.
