[IRCA] TA from Europe, some recordings

There were very odd conditions into Scotland from N America this morning.
The band was in bad shape around 0640 UTC when I switched on, but between
0700 and 0745 some of the big midwest stations were coming through whilst
the regular east coasters remained well down
