[IRCA] TA carriers in Alberta

Seeing a fair number of TA carriers here tonight, though none anywhere 
near audio at this point.   At this moment 1215 is the best of the 
bunch, though at times 1062, 1377 or 1422 are better.   A little better 
than last night in that more carriers have been audible, though at about 
the same strength level.
