[IRCA] New Logging Last Night

Thanks to Bruce Conti and Barry McLarnon in the #mwdx chatroom, I bagged a
new Cuban, R. Rebelde on 590.  The low end of the band was very noisy so I
was using a kludged ceiling loop instead of my Kiwa.  Bruce also reported R.
Musical on the same channel, and I heard the Mexican national anthem at 0100
ET, but I didn't get any other information on that one.
