I noted that the worst delays were with the lists on Yahoo Groups (
even when you have Yahoo email, as I do ). Their list-handling
facilities are apparently not up to their volume. I don't know where
the IRCA list is hosted, and the NRC list's delays have increased since
it moved from the Cincinnati area to the Denver area last winter. It's
all about the hosting system for the list, which is in turn affected by
all of the things I mentioned in my prior post.
