[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs

Lots of MW hets this morning but little audio; even the regular JJs poor 
today. LWBC had the usual 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 but not as good as other 
mornings. MW audio on 531 Australia playing R&R at 1355, poor; 594 weak; 666 
poor; 693 poor; 747 poor; 774 weak.
