[IRCA] phasing the EWE & KAZ

Hello,

Have the Quantum phaser connected to the KAZ SE and the EWE NW.  Tuned KXL 750 (33 miles from transmitter) and was able to get the signal betweem S-9 fading to S-3 by phasing.  KOAL Price Utah can be heard underneath.  Was able to null KXL a few years ago with the 4' loop, but much more fun with the above combination.
