Not much help to you probably, but 570 Radio Reloj is always one of the 
strongest Cubans day and night in here.  No exception tonight, at times 
easy listening.

One way to peg as Cuban is to tune to detect a Wobbler.  Go to U/LSB and 
tune up or down to produce a het, listen closely for a slight jiggle in the 
tone.  Tonight the Wobbler on 570 is weak and may not be detectable even if 
you are hearing RR.  (By weak I speak to the vigor of the fluctuations and 
how often they occur.)  But Wobblers come and go and might kick in just at 
the right time for you.
