[IRCA] NE Oregon TAs

Some TA/Trans Polar audio heard this evening, better than in recent days. 
162, 171, 183, 189 with poor/weak audio, 0215-0330 utc. Only hets on MW, but 
a number of them--819, 828, 855, 864, 909, 1017, 1053, 1062, 1134, 1377, 
1503 from 0317-0330 utc.
My posts don't seem to be showing up at all, or 6 hours later, so don't know 
when or if this will appear.
