Static on LF was lower tonight, with LWBC being a little better. 1314 Norway 
heard early in the evening, poor audio; then again much later with very poor 
audio on a short fadeup.
0200utc:  1314 weak audio; 162, 183, 189, 198 poor audio
0238utc: 189 now weak audio, 162, 183, 198 still poor; 1314 just a het.
0322utc: 189 now weak/medium, best of the evening. 183 poor, 198 poor/weak 
audio. 693 big het.
0536 utc: only 189 left with poor audio; 1314 weak het.
0711 utc: 189 poor audio, 1314 poor audio at very short fadeup at 0713 utc.
