Curt a press release earlier this year indicated that Radio Marti had
secured their own broadcast aircraft. It indicated that Commando Solo
was continuing to do airborne broadcasts on Saturday night but the
proprietary aircraft was doing the other 6 nights. However they didn't
mention AM one way or the other. The press release only discussed FM and
TV. It also apparently misidentified the type of the new aircraft. Have
you heard anything that would confirm any of this?

I also previously found some unconfirmed indications that the Commando
Solo aircraft might be using Tyndall AFB near Panama City for their
Florida base of operations. That seems odd since it would require flying
the entire length of Florida before and after each mission.

Nothing overwhelming, just typical Cuban retaliation. R.Marti has
resumed broadcasting on 530 with Commando Solo a few hours once a week
at best, so the Cubans bomb the channel 24/7 with a few dozen kW.
