[IRCA] KKOL 1300

Apparently KKOL must be on their new 50 KW site today, as they are S7-S8
here, stronger than on the boat by far, but no KIRO or KJR in signal. In
comparing S Meter readings, using the 45' vertical, I find KIRO a S9+10
(Strongest Puget sound station), KJR at S9+5. .
Off The Eastern beverage, KACI is under them at about 50% or more, and I
can easily phase KKOL out. I would guess, KKOL is close to what the old
KOL or KMPS signal used to be when they were 5 KW ND days. What kind of
signal is going North?
