Alright, let me clarify this.  I worded that badly and the intent was lost.
It was apparently interpreted as some dissatisfaction with IRCA.  That is
*NOT* the case.  I have no gripe whatsoever.  None.  Zilch.

All I was asking is how current and predictable future technology might be
used.  Nothing more.

And, I withdraw the question.  Please don't reply here.
