WSTL-1220 Providence, RI (ex-WRIB) noted back on the air 9/9 0800 EDT with 
Contemporary Christian music and "Shine 1220" slogan.  Signal is not as strong 
as the former WRIB and also suffers from WBUR-1240 IBOC hash.
