[IRCA] TP Asians in NE Oregon

A huge TP enhancement beginning around 1300 utc here in NE Oregon. 9kHz 
channel carriers everywhere, with some audio from then until about 1330 utc.
1566 strong audio, 1309 utc. Man talking. So strong the R75's modified sync 
detector was locked in wide-AM mode. I cannot remember having so strong TP 
reception this far inland before.
774 weak audio, 1315 utc. Asian language.
828 weak audio, 1316 utc. Asian language.
738 weak to medium audio, 1320 utc. Asian language, man talking.
