Re: [IRCA] Recording DX

I'm glad this came up on the list since it's on my list of things to do this
year. I've been running Total Recorder off an old laptop for some time now.
I use a microphone but want to run direct off the receiver. I have
boatanchors so I don't do timed recording.

I have an old microphone that I will use for the line and connector. It's a
stereo style, will this work for the line input?

Is the line input the one in the back with the musical note symbol?

Do I need to do a resistor/capacitor network or just run direct? Hook it up
to the 500 ohm output?

Thanks for any help.
