[IRCA] Oh Oh..Another Radio Reloj Outlet....960 Guantanamo????

Hi Guys:

   Well........I've just logged another Radio Reloj Outlet from Cuba, which 
is NEW to my Logbook. This time on 960 Khz........

This is listed as Guantanamo......but I'm hesitant to presume this with all 
the discussion that has been happening here lately.

Anyways.....here's the Log......

Heard under WFIR with Distictive "RR" in CW on the minute, and Male reading
News items between the RR's. A 3rd station also in the mix, but not ID'd.

Any comments on this one greatly appreciated. Is Guantanamo the accepted 
Location for this outlet????
