I don't see why packaging multiple lists makes any difference in terms of
searching, either manually or using the e-mail app's search function.

Lots easier to search archived email for for specific information for one
thing.
And for what it is worth, I do use these schedules while DXing. I find the
high school info especially helpful when looking for someone still on day
power.
