I'd bet that it is not a 4-track, but a common broadcast cartridge.  They
look identical to a 4-track, but are generally either two (mono + cue) or
three ( left, right and cue) tracks.

If it's something you want to be able to hear, send them to me.  I'll bring
home the appropriate cart machine from a client's storage area and record
them off to MP3.  Assuming you don't have hundreds of the things..
