My problem with the CPRV approach is that we can count on one hand the
number of DXers that will be able to see their collection.
The U of M is - in effect - serving as just a giant archiving & storage
center and not as a tool to make the QSL's accessible to the radio hobby
community.
Were I to have a collection of QSL's (as opposed to the paltry few I have),
I'd explore having club volunteers scan them, place them on the web, and
store them on CD / DVD's.
What I do have are 35 years of recordings of TA's, LA's and TP's. I wonder
what will happen to them?
