[IRCA] More India 1566

I speculated about the new 1566 TWR transmitter, which is actually in Benin 
not Gabon as I wrote. In Glenn Hauser's DXLD for July 17, there were 
tentative reports of it being on the air for tests. However, I see at 
http://www.twrafrica.org/0083.asp that they say there's no equipment yet.

Who knows......
