[IRCA] UNID TIS/HAR logged from Artesia, NM

While listening on 1610 kHz in Artesia, NM, I caught the following on
tape, mixing with the big Amarillo weather station:  "Call 395-1111 or
visit our web site at www. ..." (faded out).

Not much to go on, but does anyone recognize this one?
