Barry,

In fact I had looked at the het with Spectran and saw it was 2K high, but 
it was late and since I tuned to 944 because of Tom's post, and to 
eliminate the tone and best hear the content, I stated 944 in my 
post.  Later as I thought about it, it was obvious the carrier would have 
been on 942, but I was on my way to bed by then.

I had not expected to hear a het on 940, as close as I am to WINZ.  I'm 
unaware of a Cuban on 942, but as I say, with WINZ just down the road, I 
would not normally expect to hear it.  However, just now checking, the het 
is there again, so maybe it isn't as unusual as I thought, at least not 
this time of year.
