[IRCA] 1060 unID

Last nite between 2245-2300 CDT had someone u/WLNO-1060 with what 
sounded like Indian/Pakistani (i.e. subcontinental) vocal music by a 
woman, perhaps "oriental" sounding at times. I know that's very vague 
and will be a bit insulting to those who are more knowledgeable on this 
kind of music but it's the best description I can come up with. Nothing 
found with on-line searches. KRCN-CO Radio Colorado has been heard in 
the past here. Anyone with ideas?
