This possibly is auroral doughnut-hole, where the absorption
zone has moved far enough to the south to allow 860 and 750
to come in. Someone else reported Iceland on 189, perhaps
the same thing.
Just a WAG, anyway. (That's a Wild Guess for those of you
in Rio Linda, hi)
