Re: [IRCA] WTWP / WTOP-1500

I thought the 1500 station in Washington D.C. changed
callsign to "WTWP" within the last few months.  

However, a couple nights ago, I monitored them for
quite some time frequently announcing the call letters
"WTOP".  Clearly heard, so definitely not announcing
as "WTWP".

Anyone know what's up here?
