[IRCA] TA to west coast

Hi everyone, and happy Valentine's Day to you all.  This morning, I spent perhaps 5 minutes listening for TPs and there were lots of audible channels, especially from Japan, but I had to run.  Tonight checking at 03:19 UTC
I hear more carriers than last night, but no audio.  Of note 1314 Norway is not the strongest signal.  Instead, 1584, especially 1197, 1107, 1422, 999, 855, and 621 are all stronger.  Alas, not strong enough for any audio, however.
