[IRCA] Not new but rare!

1540  KXEL  IA  Waterloo noted carrying play by play of Northern Iowa vs
Indiana State BKB game from 1730-1750+ PST 2/14/06.  Heard under KMPC.
Would rise up for decent audibility at times.  Wondered who this could
be as the only other 2 stations in the west are basically spanish
language.  Somewhat surprised to hear this one while it was still
daylight outside.  Little else of value noted on the band.

City'.  New format with classic country music.  Atop while looping ENE.
