After having some further time to work with the dual feed loop, I'm finding
it works quite well on nulling the high end short skip stations.  For
example, WDCD-1540 and WQEW-1560 can be nulled down to the noise and the
null seems much more stable than other methods.

One problem I have in properly evaluating this is that it's indoors.  The
computer noise and skewed nulls from the house wiring make some stations
harder to null than they ought to be.  When the weather breaks, I'll bring
the whole thing outside somewhere away from anything metallic.
