[IRCA] Further Update: Southeast Florida IBOC changes.

I think it may be a loosing battle trying to track the IBOC status of
WWNN 1470 Pompano Beach, FL.

After nearly a month on, 3 days off, and 2 days on, today IBOC is off
again.

Obviously they are -- or should be -- working on it.  

Assuming it eventually settles into some persistent state, I shall convey
that to the collected group.  Until then, further updates seem
pointless.

But on a good note, to put it succinctly, we have again achieved
hisslessness, for the time being.

Unfortunately WWNN IBOC has come and gone several times especially since hurricane Wilma, so this may again be temporary.  WSBR had one IBOC outage of a couple weeks last November, so this may also be temporary, but there is always hope.
