I had weak audio on 828 as well at the same time, but didn't know what it
was,
as well as weaker hets throughout the dial - no other audio noted.
828 has been the strongest het here the past few mornings, peaking right
about
the same time Nick mentioned (1530-1545 UT). It's too bad KNCO Grass Valley
CA
is so strong here in the morning.

In spite of recent geomagnetic upsets, there's still Japanese signals
trying to sneak through. Weak audio on 828 //774 with man mumbling in the
noise, music traces on 1287, carriers on 864 1134 1287 1422 and a number of
other "normal" Japanese channels, all at 1545-1550UT.
best wishes,
Nick
