[IRCA] Logging Radio Cadena Habana

If you'd like to log a Cuban on 1100, or specifically Radio Cadena Habana, 
tonight's the night.  With the extreme Wobbler on 1100 there would be no 
doubt what you're hearing.

The Wobbler is continuous and extremely powerful, has been all day.
