[IRCA] TA much the same

moments of pretty fair audio on 1314 this evening, but mostly carrier in 
splash.  Couple of dozen other carrriers at various times, and some very 
wispy indeed.

To me the interesting ones are 1485 and 1584; these have turned up several 
times this season, not strong, but to be there at all is surprising, as 
these channels max out at 10 kw per station (a higher powered Iranian 
listed is usually in daylight by the time I hear anything).  Two carriers 
were noted on 1584, one about 1583.96, the other a few Hertz about 1584.
