Steve,

You are right. The signals on skywave do not stay steady. You have to
constantly repeak them when you get that phase. Apparently I have KVKK
also on 1070 "True Country" is the Network slogan I am hearing. I will
check at the TOH for an ID.
I do like the Quantum Phaser even with the loss, but thanks to Gerry I
have a good idea on what value of cap I need.
