[IRCA] 1314, what can I say

0415UT...actually crawling on top of the splatter briefly with pop mx (and 
again 0427UT).    Several other moments earlier in the evening with 
reasonable audio...but still the splatter has the upper hand mostly. Best 
generally on the indoor tuned loop

Other frequencies are just carriers, mostly weak. In the really weak, 
mostly seen on Spectran: 1584, 1485, 1413, 1269 (x2), 1206, 1089, 972, 963, 
855, 684, 675 (x2), 639, 549.  Better were 1557, 1215, 1197, 1017, 1008, 
918, 864, 837 (x2), 621, 531....

Longwave just weak carriers on 189 and 198
