BBC 198 kHz is from the UK. Mayak has no tx in FE Russia, you probably had 
St. Petersburg, just in greyline at 0630. 216 most probably RMC Info. No FE 
Russia tx on 252 and TJK far in daylight, rather Algeria or Ireland.

I am listening to KGA now at 1045!
