My primary rx is a Drake R8B, the one that Anna is sitting on. I use a
Palstar R30CC as my secondary rx. I interface these to an IBM Thinkpad
using the line audio out of both rx. I plug right into the mic input of the
sound card and record using Total Recorder. I have two Quantum Phasers, one
of which is extensively used. The other is a backup in case the first wears
out. (I do use the Phaser heavily!!)

My antennas are as follows:
                                                                                                 
 Antenna #1:                                                                                     
 MFJ-1024 vertical 54" whip                                                                      
 which has been elevated to ~19'                                                                 
 using two Radio Shack antenna                                                                   
 mounting poles. Occasionally                                                                    
 used as a stand alone antenna.                                                                  
 Mostly used as a phase antenna                                                                  
 in conjunction with the below                                                                   
 indicated long wires.                                                                           
                                                                                                 
 Antenna #2:                                                                                     
 ~150' long wire (12 gauge                                                                       
 insulated copper wire from Home                                                                 
 Depot) sloping down (~18' peak                                                                  
 height) towards the NNE at an                                                                   
 ~24 degree bearing (true).                                                                      
 Attached to an ICE Model 182A                                                                   
 matching transformer.                                                                           
                                                                                                 
 Antenna #3:                                                                                     
 ~160' long wire (12 gauge                                                                       
 insulated copper wire from Home                                                                 
 Depot) sloping down (~18' peak                                                                  
 height) towards the E at an ~94                                                                 
 degree bearing (true). Attached                                                                 
 to an ICE Model 182A matching                                                                   
 transformer.                                                                                    
                                                                                                 
 Antenna #4:                                                                                     
 Radio Plus+ Quantum QX Pro                                                                      
 Loop. Occasionally used as a                                                                    
 stand alone antenna or as a                                                                     
 phase antenna in conjunction                                                                    
 with the above indicated long                                                                   
 wires. Also destined to be used                                                                 
 on mobile DXpeditions (like to                                                                  
 the beach!).                                                                                    
                                                                                                 
 Once the weather gets a bit                                                                     
 warmer and the swamp behind my                                                                  
 property dries out, I hope to                                                                   
 lay a few BOGs, ideally a pair                                                                  
 suitably separated but oriented                                                                 
 in the same direction and of                                                                    
 different lengths so that I can                                                                 
 phase them. I also have                                                                         
 everything I need to put up a                                                                   
 15' x 45' x 15' EWE which I                                                                     
 hope to do after I complete my                                                                  
 ham studies this spring.
