Interesting about KARR....In my opinion this station has to be one of the absolutely toughest logs in the west. I do not recall anyone out of the Puget Sound Area ever reporting this (well,
maybe Finland)....Even when the frequency was nearly clear out here (Salinas off for 10 years or more) I could never hear a peep from them (and I tried often enough).
