I doubt if KOQI is off permanently. They've been noticed off before and always returned (eventually). They are airing Hindi/Punjabi blocks of late.
Yes, thank you! The Rainman lulled us into thinking we were going to have a dry winter season (we are overdue for a dry winter) but as of yesterday we were about 6 inches over normal.
Seasonal total for the entire year is just short of 23 inches & we already are pushing 15 and it is raining out right now. Winds blowing like all get out too. Naturally, The Russian River is
overflowing, but that happens almost every year, same as downtown Napa being flooded. We may get washed away as well as delta levees are reported to be weakening (think New Orleans).
