[IRCA] DXing Practices and Ethics Question

To answer the original question seriously, using Internet audio streaming is fair game, as is using SW parallels or DX Tuners.  It is another way to ID a station.  Besides, this isn't a competition, and if you "cheat" (whatever that may look like) you're only cheating yourself.
