Re: [IRCA] KVOP-1090 "The Mighty 10-90"

I have heard the "Mighty 10-90" here several times mostly under WBAL. 
 They have topped WBAL at least twice.   WHen I heard them they were 
playing oldies.  According to on-line information, KVOP is NOT 
oldies, but is sports/talk instead.  Is this a format change?  Were 
they playing music temporarily? What is going on?
