Well, even back between 1947 and 1956, when I DX'ed from Corvallis, 11
miles away, I never heard KBPS. But I didn't have signal nulling capabilities
(or knowledge ... now, that I think of it. My old 5-plus rectifier Airline table
radio did have a small wire loop ...)
