[IRCA] WJOX DX Test on 12/29 and Unid

WJOX 690 DX Test was tried for and heard again with weak signals on 12/29 @
01:59CST with code and sweep tones.  Signal levels were slightly stronger
than signal heard on 12/28.  Mixed with this were WIST, FF from Montreal,
unid SS and another station either testing or having problems with network
feed or?.  This unid station broadcast continuous repition of 5 seconds of
tone followed by a short audio message (too weak to understand) repeated
over and over from start of tape at 01:58 to 02:30.  If anyone else has a
tape of this time period on 690 did you hear the same thing and does anyone
know who it was?
