[IRCA] WJOX 690 DX Test this morning

WJOX 690 DX test heard at 00:58 this morning.  Had set the R8A to come on
and start cassette at that time and heard code in progress - did the 00:59
test start one minute early?   This segment was very weak and heard way
under WIST and at times a strong SS.  Also had radio and tape running from
01:18 to 01:36 and had no sign of one minute test then.  WJOX has been heard
very well during SRS and SSS and was verified as WVOK many years ago.
