Having volunteered for a number jobs with in the NRC, over the last few
years, and having been told that, "My help was not wanted" (It wasn't that
my help wasn't need at that time, it was I was not wanted) I will  _NEVER_
darken their door way again. As the song says, "My give-a-damn is busted!!!"

I made the stupid mistake of renewing my membership for 2006, but be advised
that after this year subscription ends I won't make the same error. (BTW- I
had some help with the dues from a fellow member for 2006 dues) These
various clubs could personally give a hoot about the handy capped DXer.

Anyhow, you folks did not read what was written. I did not say "To hell with
Les, or his efforts" I just did not care for being eliminated from the
compition because I don't have money for the latest "fads" and all the
"toys" that you rich people have.
In the past I had all these toys, the best tower, the best ham radio, tape
recorders, etc, but, I sold much of it to make dent in the medical bills
when the wife had breast cancer. We are still tring to recover from this.
She was a hell of a lot more important to me than some damn ole radio stuff.

Why not be considerate of us who are handy capped?  That would be to much
like right. I really don't blame anyone for my personal problems, all I ask
is that you folks be considerate of those that don't have. I know there are
many on these list that are in the same boat as I.
