*** What you describe is certainly consistent with a Cuban station.
Cadena Nacional ( National Network ) is another Cuba-specific item. My
guess would be it is a Progreso program run on the overnight over a
station which is by day associated with R. Rebelde. But as Curt pointed
out, the affiliations change very quickly there. 

And given no independent authoritative source for info about locations,
transmitters, powers, or calls, some of us simply count it as Cuba, and
make a best guess as to the rest. Hearing programs of two different
networks ( or more ) on a frequency isn't always indicative of two or
more stations. ( But the echo Curt spoke of is <g> ).
